From time to time there is a need to undertake research and analysis. This ensures that the WIC Board are well informed when taking decisions on needs and priorities facing the voluntary and community sector in Wiltshire.
The purpose of undertaking research projects are so that WIC can:
- overcome any difficulties facing them in the future
- identify and clarify facts and figures
- determine and understand the causes and effects
- refine and enhance current understanding
- provide a revised perspective or add new findings to discussion
Research and analysis will enable WIC and the wider sector to see how these tasks relate to the larger issues and explain and evidence the reason for any way forward.
